Join Christians around the world in celebrating the Season of Creation from 1 September through 4 October. This is a time of restoration and hope, a jubilee for the Earth! Participate with the global Christian family in prayer, learning and action for a time of restoration and hope and to discover radically new ways of living with creation. More than ever before, a time to unite and take action for our common home.
The Season of Creation, which runs from 1 September through to St Francis day on 4 October, is an annual celebration of prayer, learning and action for Creation. The theme for this year is “Oikos, our home, our family.”
The Season starts with The World Day of Prayer for Creation on 1st September. Join the #SeasonOfCreation Opening Prayer Service on facebook or youtube live stream here.
The youth from the Lutheran (ELCSA) Catholic, Anglican, Methodist, and Dutch Reformed churches are coming together for a joint online service on World Day of Prayer for Creation, 1 September 2021 at 7PM.
