As the Season of Creation draws to a close, we invite you to join us for a special webinar on 4 October 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM (SAST), where we will reflect, learn, and take action together.
🗓️ Date: Friday, 4 October 2024
⏰ Time: 11:00 - 13:30 SAST
📹 Platform: Zoom
This webinar coincides with the Close of the Season of Creation, World Animal Day, and Green Action Week. During the webinar, we will reflect on the Season of Creation, highlight the inspiring initiatives led by faith leaders during Green Action Week, and amplify our call to end the use of cages as part of SAFCEI’s Cage-Free Eggs Campaign.
Under this year's theme, To Hope and Act with Creation, let’s come together to make a meaningful difference!
🔗 Register here to attend the webinar. Your Zoom invitation will be emailed to you.
Support the Cage-Free SA campaign on World Animal Day:
Join us in celebrating #WorldAnimalDay on October 4th by standing up for the rights of animals everywhere! We’re calling on faith leaders to share their voices for our feathered friends.
Record a short video (up to 45 seconds) or snap a photo with a #CageFreeSA placard to show your support for ending battery cages and promoting humane treatment for hens and all animals.
Send your clips and pics to mmathapelo@safcei.org.za or zwelisha@safcei.org.za by Monday, 30 September 2024. Let’s make a difference together—because hens don’t have a voice, but we do!
