Nuclear Court Date Set

The legal team of SAFCEI and Earthlife Africa JHB met with the Judge President today, who set the date of hearing of the application on the nuclear procurement process down for 13 and 14 December 2016.

“We are very pleased that the court understands the urgency of this matter at a critical stage in South Africa’s energy decision-making process, and appreciates that it is so much in the public’s interest”, says Liz McDaid, SAFCEI’s Energy Advisor.
