No Faith in False Solutions Mass March – 22 April 2026

Join us this Earth Day, 22 April 2026, when we march to Parliament in Cape Town to demand a just and inclusive transition, saying NO to false solutions that threaten our communities and livelihoods: gas and oil, nuclear energy, uranium mining, harmful factory farming, and extractive agriculture.

The Mass March will also mark the anniversary of the 2017 court case ruling that halted the corrupt nuclear deal, alandmark ruling that proved that people-led advocacy can prevail.

Faith, fishing and civil society communities will bring their lived experiences to the national stage. No Faith in False Solutions! Nothing About Us Without Us!

SAFCEI, Fossil Free SA, Project 90 by 2030, The Green Connection, African Climate Alliance, South Durban Community Environmental Alliance, Extinction Rebellion, Earthlife Africa, Green Anglicans, Masifundise and SCAT will submit a joint memorandum to the Portfolio Committee on Electricity and Energy, demanding accountability and people-centred, renewable energy solutions.
