JOB DESCRIPTION Position TitleJunior Programmes Administrative Assistant
(fixed-term contract post – 12 months renewable contingent on funding)Reports toFinance and HR Manager
PURPOSE Assist the SAFCEI programmes team in administrative tasks for programme delivery, finance and logistics. This will include providing logistical support, research and processing information and data for events, as well as travel and accommodation bookings. During and post event data collection including event recordings, data collation, follow-up, and various other tasks.

JOB CONTENT
Assist in planning and logistics for programme activities: travel, accommodation, venue bookings, resources and materials, meetings set up for in person and online: zoom, and AGM.Assist in providing technical support and recording attendance for online and in person meetings.Process data requests and any other assistance required to the finance team. Assist programmes administratively in campaigns , Performing checklists of all relevant documentation and bookings have been done for programme events to run smoothly (following SAFCEI’s +8 week planning cycle).Assist in research and admin functions for SAFCEI campaigns. Collection of data from events, information and ensure SAFCEI faith leader, stakeholder and members database is current and up to date with the right information (registration sheets, zoom calls and other data sets).
Assist programmes with data collection (surveys, follow up questions, whatsapp info), formatting and analysis after each event to prepare for reporting Assist in collation of data (data entry) and processing (analysis of information). Research, as instructed and needed, for any programme requirements.Any other reasonable tasks to ensure smooth running of programmes activities.
