We are thrilled to announce that this year's keynote address will be by Vandana Shiva.
Vandana Shiva is an Indian scholar, environmental activist, food sovereignty advocate, ecofeminist and anti-globalisation author. Shiva founded the Research Foundation for Science, Technology and Ecology. In 1993, she received the Right Livelihood Award, commonly known as the “Alternative Nobel Prize.” She is often referred to as "Gandhi of grain" for her activism associated with the anti-GMO movement.
